Walking together toward a life made whole in Christ

Welcome to Fully Whole!
Fully Whole exists to encourage individuals and families toward wholeness — spirit, soul, mind, and body. Not claiming perfection, but reaching toward wisdom, grounded in what God has taught us through decades of life: family, faith, health, struggles, joys, and sorrows. May we grow in grace, grounded in faith and practical life experience.
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength."
Words of Jesus in Mark 12:30.
"You, therefore, will be perfect [growing into spiritual maturity in both mind and character, actively integrating Godly values into your daily life], as your Heavenly Father is perfect."
Words of Jesus in Matthew 5:48, Amplified Bible
O, fellow travelers, put your hope in the LORD, for with the LORD there is unfailing love and with him there is abundant and full redemption.
Psalm 130:7, my paraphrase
This space brings together tools and reflections created to support you through real seasons of life. Here you’ll find my books—one offering guidance for girls and parents navigating puberty, and another written to help steady the heart and mind during times of crisis, including a serious health diagnosis. You’ll also find my blog, a collection of ongoing reflections shaped by faith, family, health, and lived experience, all aligned with the heart of Fully Whole—walking toward wholeness, one step at a time.
Resources to help your family grow!
Your body, the "temple of the Holy Spirit," needs fuel! From creation, God planned healthy foods for us and gave Adam and Eve a veritable smorgasbord. Our choices go from “fresh off the farm” to fast food of every kind. It's up to us to make healthy decisions. It's never too late to make positive changes.

Healthy nutrition means healthier bodies.
These reflections are shared along the way—written in real time and shaped by faith, life, health, and the ongoing journey toward wholeness. Each entry is offered with the desire to honor Jesus and give glory to God, trusting that words poured from my heart and shared in faith can point others toward truth and hope. May you hear your own invitation from Jesus to turn your eyes toward Him, and respond with a "Yes!"
And to my children, my grandchildren, and generations to come—Love and obey Him, and He promises to cover us with Covenant Mercy to 1,000 generations!! Imagine...
1,000 generations of Shaubs bringing his Glory to this needy world!

Vicki Shaub
Vicki Shaub’s lifelong passion has been helping others grow — in knowledge, in health, and in faith.
Her background is in education, having taught biology and other sciences to students in grades 7 through 12 in both public and private schools. During those years, she also served as a faculty participant in a school counseling program, leading small student groups on topics such as codependency and living a healthy emotional life.
Following her years in the classroom, Vicki pursued her nursing education at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she prepared for a long and rewarding career in healthcare. For 28 years, she served as a family nurse practitioner in both family practice and urgent care settings, caring for patients across all ages and walks of life. She also enjoyed mentoring future nurses as an on-site clinical instructor for graduate nursing students.
Now happily retired, Vicki enjoys sharing time with family—especially her grandchildren—along with friends, church life, and the simple rhythms of home. She can often be found writing, tending the yard, or creating quiet spaces for reflection, all while continuing to press in and press on toward deeper intimacy with Jesus in her own ongoing pursuit of a life that is fully whole.
